James is the Founding Partner and head of the UAE office.  With nearly 30 years in international business across the Middle East, Asia, Western & Eastern Europe and the US, James has a wealth of experience working with Boards and senior management  in a range of complex and evolving industries. Chiefly among these is Leadership & Talent Acquisition in multicultural and developed markets.
